When you use our booking service(s) in conjunction with a Private Hire travel in a Private Hire vehicle or a Hackney Carriage acting as a Private Hire Vehicle (PHV), the following terms and conditions are applicable. As a licensed private hire operator, South East Cars may provide you the booking service. If you agree to the terms, a licensed Hackney Carriage driver or a licensed private-hire vehicle driver will offer the transportation service, and you will have a direct contract with them for the trip.
Under these terms and conditions, South East Cars shall be the corporate entity with which you are entering into a contract. The person you will have a contract with referred to as "us," "we," and "our"—will depend on where you are when you make your reservation.
All phone conversations, including booking calls, are recorded for monitoring, regulatory compliance, and training purposes.
Separate terms and restrictions will apply if you have a corporate account with South East Cars or if you travel with that account; for further information, speak with the account holder.
YOUR RIGHT TO DISAGREE
You have a number of rights about how we use your personal information. There are two essential rights to be mindful of:
- You have the option to request that we cease using your personal data for direct marketing. We will no longer use your personal information for this purpose if you exercise this right.

- Specifics of any enquiries you may have made by phone or on the website. For the purposes of service delivery, quality control, complaint investigation, training, fraud prevention, and compliance, we shall keep an eye on and document all of our communications with you, including emails and phone calls. Any information we learn from this kind of communication and monitoring will be added to the data we already have about you and utilised for the aforementioned objectives.

- (in the case of aggregated or anonymous data, that is, data that cannot be used to identify you specifically, or insights derived from such data),
- Chosen outside companies to help us with website optimisation and enhancement, such as analytics and search engine providers, among others. We don't reveal any information that could be used to personally identify you in these situations.
TELLING YOU ABOUT OUR SERVICES
A key component of offering a reputable and trustworthy licensed private hire service is communicating with customers. Therefore, for non-marketing, service-related communications, we will reach out to you by phone, text, the app:
